Our process

Our training program includes 16 weeks of curriculum that covers customers, financials, human resources, operations and Kingdom Business. Sinapis entrepreneurs get access to Acton Business School’s online platform, My Entrepreneurial Journey, where all of their course readings, exercises and reflection questions are held for each week in the program.

For classes, they receive participant manuals that give them each week’s in class exercises and information to help them follow along with the class discussions. We also provide the trainers a trainer’s manual with everything they need to lead the classes. Classes are interactive in nature with many case studies, debates, live simulation games, problem sets and videos.
